From time to time we may want to contact our customers either directly or via third parties for market research purposes so that we can further enhance the Jeannie products and Services.
Contact and diary information may be shared with a host club so that they can contact players if, for example, courts become available at times that are convenient to the player. Similarly a host club (or Jeannie) may invite players to enrol on group tennis events or enter tournaments.
Jeannie will use your email address to send you alerts when you have unread messages in your Tennis Jeannie Message Inbox, or to remind you to book a court for an upcoming match or to alert you to other essential operations relating to the core Tennis Jeannie functionality. It is essential that Jeannie has your current email address so as to be able to deliver the Service.
From time to time Jeannie Limited may develop new features to the Website. News of these new facilities may be communicated by email, post, SMS or telephone. Even if you opt out of receiving all other communication from us we may still contact you with information about the operation and use of Tennis Jeannie.
The Website may contain hyperlinks to other third party websites. Jeannie Limited is not responsible for the privacy practices of these websites. We advise you to read the privacy statements of any website you visit.
We have a Jeannie newsletter (Jeannie eNews) which contains updates on functionality of the Website, information on tournaments, hints and tips about usage of the Website and which may contain advertising from our carefully selected partners.
